These plain-language beta terms explain the intended service. Formal legal terms and a privacy notice must be reviewed before public launch.
Volunteer arrangements
Drivers offer their time and vehicle without charging learners. mytestcar is a matching platform and is not a driving school, insurer, vehicle-hire company or party to the final arrangement.
Request tokens
One token is used whenever a learner sends a request. A request does not guarantee acceptance. Token pricing and pack size are shown before purchase and can be changed by an administrator for future purchases.
Account responsibilities
Users must provide accurate details, keep their account secure, communicate respectfully, and follow all applicable driving, vehicle, insurance and test-centre rules.
Beta status
The private beta may change or be interrupted while safety, payment and support processes are tested. Do not rely on it as your only test-day plan.
